Jacob dropped 21lbs & got toned enough to fit in his original medium size duty belt!
Jacob is a sheriff's deputy working night shift with a busy schedule from work, family, & farm life.
His most notable accomplishment was not only the physical changes, but the confidence and energy that did a full 180 after 12 weeks.
Jacob slimmed from a Large to a Medium Tee Shirt, & transformed from a tired, painful life to a healthy & pain free body.
Danny was able to GAIN 14lbs of muscle & LOSE 3lbs of fat in only 12 weeks!
Danny is training to be an Air Force Pararescueman (PJ). His goal is to get stronger & increase his overall weight from 190lbs to 210lbs.
He is currently over halfway there at 201lbs.
Danny has got stronger in every lift he's trained.
Most notably, Danny's deadlift increased by 80lbs! (200 to 280lbs). Danny's bench went up as well from 90 to 160lbs!!
Oscar dropped 15lbs & started handling people 50lbs heavier than him on the matts!
While working as one of the lead FTO's on his shift, Oscar managed to weight train, train BJJ, meal prep, spend time with family, and make OUTSTANDING GAINS
Oscar reached his goal weight so fast, we had to INCREASE his calories by several hundred to keep him from dropping too low.
Oscar is far from a beginner on patrol and in health & fitness. However, with the proper accountability and plan, he went from being in good shape to ELITE!
